Bodegas del Rosario has three winemaking halls, technology in every winemaking hall helps to take full advantage of the wine potential of our grapes: stainless steel tanks with a capacity ranging from 15.000 to 100.000 litres, fully programmable and automated control of fermentation temperature, techniques such as pumping over and plunging of individuals tanks, oenological laboratories provided with the suitable scientific instruments for the right control of quality of the whole process and a staff fully implicated in their work.
Bodegas del Rosario has an Nave de Crianza (ageing facility), which is perfectly adapted to the stage of wood ripening of wines, and it has 600 casks where the main processes take place in order to increase their complexity: natural clarification, transfer of the wood compounds and slow micro-oxygenation.
